Terms and conditions

The prices agreed upon cover the guided tour only. Additional services (e.g. entrance fees ) are not included.

Tours can be cancelled free of charge with up to 48 hours notice. A fee of 50 % is due for later cancellation.

Latecomers pay full fees. In case of delay please contact our guide. He/she will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. Full fee must however still be paid. Guides will cancel tours for delays of more than 60 minutes. If your guide is late please contact Gästeservice Lübeck for assistance.

Local by-laws apply.
Venue is Lübeck.
